Race LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our iOS application (the “App”), designed to control our off-road LED lighting products, collects, uses, and protects information.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1. Personal Information

Our App does not require you to create an account and does not request or collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email, phone number, or address.

1.2. Device & Diagnostic Information

To improve stability and performance, we may automatically collect the following non-personal information:

Device type and operating system version
App version and usage statistics
Diagnostic data such as crash logs and performance metrics (through Apple-provided services)
Bluetooth status and technical data necessary to communicate with our LED lighting products

This data is anonymized and cannot identify you.

1.3. Location Information

The App does not track or store your location.

iOS may display permission prompts indicating that Bluetooth access can be associated with location services. The App does not use or retain any location information.

1.4. LED Configuration Data

Information such as LED color presets, effects, or device settings is stored locally on your device.
Race LLC does not collect or access this configuration data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the limited information collected to:

Enable communication with Race LLC LED lighting products
Improve functionality, stability, and performance of the App
Diagnose issues and guide product improvements
Comply with any applicable legal requirements

We do not sell, share, or rent data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

We do not store personal information on external servers.
All customization or configuration data is stored locally on your device.
Diagnostic information handled through Apple’s systems is subject to Apple’s privacy policies.
We implement industry-standard technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on Apple-provided services such as:

App Store analytics
Crash Reporting (e.g., via Apple’s “crash logs” system)

These services may collect anonymized technical data.
Race LLC does not access any personally identifiable information through these services.

The App does not use third-party advertising networks or third-party analytics tools.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your data, including:

The right to request deletion of information stored on our servers (currently none)
The right to opt out of diagnostic data sharing via Apple system settings

Because Race LLC does not collect personal information, most rights do not apply.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Race LLC iOS application (“App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

The App is provided solely to configure and control Race LLC’s off-road LED lighting products. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Attempt to bypass App security or communication protocols
Use the App in a manner that could harm the App, Race LLC equipment, or others

2. Safety Disclaimer

Race LLC LED lighting products are designed for off-road applications. You agree that:

You will operate lighting equipment safely and in compliance with local laws
You will not adjust lighting settings in a manner that distracts you while operating a vehicle
Race LLC is not responsible for any misuse of its products or the App

3. Intellectual Property

All content in the App—including software, logos, interfaces, and text—is owned by Race LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App solely with Race LLC products.

4. Updates and Modifications

Race LLC may update the App at any time to improve features, fix issues, or maintain compatibility. These updates may occur automatically through the App Store.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue parts of the App without notice.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Race LLC does not guarantee that:

The App will function without interruption
The App will be free from errors or vulnerabilities
The App will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Race LLC shall not be liable for:

Any damages resulting from use or inability to use the App
Loss of data or configuration settings stored on your device
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

6. Termination

Race LLC may terminate or suspend access to the App if:

You violate these Terms
Continued App operation becomes impractical due to technical or regulatory reasons

Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from your device.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
